Count Down to April 1st — Plan for Cardio!

My plan for cardio:   (1) at least 3 miles per day walk (2) start getting into habit of spinning class (3) dance around the house vigorously.  What is your plan for cardio?

    Great, Billie Jo — get out there and walk and then sign back in a give us an update. Sometimes I exercise just so I can tell someone that I did it. I guess it’s what you call “accountability” and it works! XXOO – Carole

  4. My cardio plan is to begin running. I am doing “Couch Potato to 5K” over the coming 9 weeks. Hopefully, this will be the start to me working up to running a 5K for my 29th birthday!

  5. Good morning…Remember to drink lots of water today! That is my goal today. Drinking 8 glasses of water everyday is the hardest for me. I know that it is the one thing that you can do for weight loss success.
    I walked three miles on Saturday and Sunday. Looks like a great day for a walk. I live in O’Fallon, Missouri…anyone near?

    hi Billie Joe — my Mom lives in Branson. Is that near you? As for water…YES! Thank you for encouraging and reminding us. As I’m sitting here writing to you I’m taking big chugs out of my water bottle. Like you, I got out the past TWO days and did a 3-mile walk/run and this morning I took the dog out and ran for 20 minutes. Are you going to be following the WW plan? When this thing ramps up, a lot of this community talk will be on twitter. It may seem like a strange thing now, because it’s new to you, but it will eventually seem more fun than facebook and more of a sense of community. Have a great day!
